Not Feeling Well............ ;(

Just came back from clinic moorty...not feeling well laa. My head dizzy...hurmm....actually im not well since last saturday but aku gagahhkan juga...dan ianya berlarutan hingga ke hari isnin..selasa dan today i just cant stand any more....batuk yg agak teruk. Sebolehnye aku tak nak jmpe doc..n taknak MC..but then..just now...when doc checked my BP..so damn high 150 / 103....diabetec @ 10.2....huhu...kate doc...diabetec was okay...sbb da makan..but BP reader not that good! He gave me some medicine and tomorrow have to come back to check my BP....andddd also gave me MC for tomorrow as well. Yup! i have to take rest.................to telling you the truth, i dont know why my BP so high...im not stresss anymore...compared to when i was working at the hotel..maybe my weight....hurmm....as per doc...if i manage to reduce my weight then possiblities to wavee all the sickness is moree...soo i have to buck up and do some excercise...or else...good bye happiness....

Hurmmm..baru je lepas makan ubat! makk aiii byk sungguhh .......tp tetapp ku telan juaa....jap lagiii collpse laa nihh! mcm2 ubat adeee......

So..tomorrow i will be on MC...sian kak liza...musti dia bosann...sbb biasenya dia hanya communicate ngan aku jerrr! ngan wani...ade gakk...tp tak la selalu....to my BFF nini yg slalu chatting ngan aku............musti dia boring gakk...tp rase nye dia kene g melakee kot! if yess...semoga Allah merahmati perjalanan dia dari serembann ke melaka dan sebaliknya...n to my dear sis ....arini dia MC....demam katenye..sian dia..sorang2 kat puchong tu...tp tadi petang katenyee gak da ok...doc ehh bagi ubat baikkk punyeeeee....hehehe....hope she's getting better!

oklaa..i think i have to stop now as my eyes da nak tertutuppp da ni...good nite uolsss....semoga aku dpt mimpi yang indah2 malm ni... ;)
